He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris Otis and Mable Otis (Johnson); his wife Barbara Otis (Conlen); and his brothers, Clifton Otis, Leonard Otis and Alfred.
He is survived by: his children, James Otis (Michael), Thomas Otis, Joseph Otis (Jenni) and Mary Otis (Clint Crook); his grandchildren, Austin, Ashley, Isabella and Irelynd; and his siblings, Lyle Otis (Joyce) of Coldwater, MI, Rosella Luse (Jack) of Hudson, NC and Doris Lounds (Benjamin) of Coldwater, MI. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, close friends; several "adopted" children.
