With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol Edith Thompson of Goodrich, Michigan, born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, who passed away on October 30, 2023 at the age of 91. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Carol Edith Thompson to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Schmidt and Anna Schmidt (Jensen); her husband Clifton Thompson; and her siblings, Walter Schmidt and Beverly Jane Anderson (Schmidt).
She is survived by: her brother James Schmidt. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to three missionaries near and dear to Carol, including the AXIA International for Sheri A. Felty Project #484, the Baptist Mid Missions for Jodi Harrison and SonSet Solutions for Kevin Mayer and Anne Mayer.
