He is survived by: his children, Stephen Francis, William Francis, Marigrace Francis, John Francis and Mark Francis; his mother Colleen Francis; and his siblings, Maureen Boseman (Mark), Kathleen Bean (Scott), Patricia Walker (Rocky), Eileen Goble (Bob), Margaret Cobb (Sean), Molly Tilley (Bryan), James Francis (Mollie) and Michael Francis (late Holly). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
