He was predeceased by: his father Howard Ronald Smith. He is survived by: his mother Edith Margaret (Rogers); his wife Tena Smith; his daughter Nicole Holmes (Michael); his grandson Marcus Holmes; and his siblings, Susan Frank (Mark), Maxine Munoz (Jose), Greg Smith (Debbie), Jeff Smith (Kelly), Mark Smith (Carrie), Candace Kuzmich, Evelyn Goyette and Howard Smith.
