He is survived by: his children, Dean Andrew Bentley (Karen) and Michelle Gardner (Jeff); his grandchildren, Kristen Bentley, Dana Katz (Michael) and Alexander Andrew Gardner (Libby); his siblings, Linda Netzloff (Dick) and John Bentley (Linda); and his wife Linda Horton.
