Cook; his children, Chuck Wahls (Shirley), David Wahls (Amy) and Kristi Cook (Jeff); his grandchildren, Jason, Randy, Emily, Adam, Whitney and Anna; his great grandchildren, Blake, Sawyer, Luke and Maeve; and his siblings, Fred Wahls (Karen) and Judy Thompson (Ron).

Memorial tributes can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
