She was predeceased by: her husband Merlin; and her siblings, Gene Smith, Martha Morton, Barbara Wing and Gordon Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Rose, Steven (Judy), Mark (Chris), Phil, Paul (Mary) and Phillip (Carolyn); her grandchildren, Keith (Christine), David (Lola), Travis (Kristin), Matthew (Elizabeth), Lindsey (Jim), Stephanie (Joshua), Justin, Tyler, Kyler (Sarah), Jordan and Ben; and her great grandchildren, Gabriel, Annabelle, Elijah, Adora, Clarissa, Sawyer, Eloise and Olamide.
Memorial contributions may be made to Parkinson's Foundation, one of Pat's favorite charities.
