It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maynard Lewis Hewitt of Gobles, Michigan, born in Kalamazoo, Michigan, who passed away on December 20, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, O. D. Hewitt and Sarah Hewitt (Harris); his son Timothy Hewitt; and his siblings, David Hewitt, Lester Hewitt, Merle Hewitt, Margaret Coon, Joyce Kline and Mary Bennet.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Hewitt (Sieber); his children, Patrick Hewitt, Michael Hewitt and Starr Horrigan; and his stepdaughters, Debra Lutz (David), Norita Smith (Steven) and Cathleen Goodrich (John). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, many great grandchildren, seven step grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
