He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Tackett and Joan Lee Tackett (Garrison); his stepmother Patricia "Pat"; and his sister Tammy Jagger. He is survived by: his children, Kortlend Moore, Kaden Kerns, Karsen Tackett, Kreston Tackett, Kenley Tackett, Kambree Tackett, Kessa Tackett, Kierslyn Tackett and Klaycee Tackett; and his brothers, Daryl Tackett (Julie), Michael Tackett (Helen) and Donald Tackett Jr. (Lisa).
