He was predeceased by: his parents, Clint Hammer-Lingerfelt and Mary Jeanine Hammer-Lingerfelt; and his sister Valerie Kitchens. He is survived by: his wife Judith Slack; his children, Travis Lingerfelt (Monica), Joseph Phebus (Letti), Donna Garcia (Juan), Michael Rhoderick (Lindsay), Stephanie Huizing (Mike) and Sabrina Morley (Nate); and his brothers, Ken Lingerfelt and Greg Lingerfelt. He is also survived by caregiver, especially for his children and grandchildren.
