He is survived by: his wife Kay Newton; his sister Angela (Walter) of Taunton, Massachusetts.; his children, Jane Liquin (Daryl) of Palatine, IL, Jim, Jr. (Karen) of Palatine, IL, David of Hobart, IN, John (Margaret) of Westchester, IL and Matthew (Sharon) of Coralville, IA.; and his grandchildren, Christopher (Reagan), Emily, Allison, James III, Rachel, Sarafina, Samantha, David, Mia and Piper.
