He was predeceased by: his parents, Eleanor Carr (Wilson) and Floyd Weatherwax; his grandparents, Donald, Etha Margaret Wilson (Martin), Mina Marie (Chapman) and William Weatherwax; and his sister Jana Weatherwax.

He is survived by: his siblings, E. J. McAndrew (Phillip) and Clair Carr (Kim); his nieces and nephews, Danielle Carr (Spencer), Alyssa McAndrew, Tabatha Murray (Curtis), Tatum Louis (Javan), Brock Carr (Helen), Cody Carr, Lee Carr, Alan Field and Tyler Pullano (Hailey); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Rowan Carr, Linden Carr, Brielle Murray, Lyndsy Louis, Autumn Pullano, Dominic Carr, Javan Louis Jr. and Mason Pullano.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Al-Van Humane Society in South Haven.
