She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Hagerman and Millie Mae Hagerman (King); her son Phillip Morris, Jr.; and her brother David Hagerman. She is survived by: her husband Phillip Eugene Morris; her children, Karen Ellis, Jeff Morris (Charlotte), Tony Morris (Shannon) and Travis Morris (Jody); her grandchildren, Parker, Alvin, Gabe, Cami, Trevor, Carter, Aleigha, Sidney, Brent Witters (Sam), Brittany Novais (Marcelo), Brandy Jacobs (Brandon) and T. J.; her great grandchildren, Kalvin, Ruby, Caleb, Eli, Joanna, Ezra, Avery, Chanel and J. J.; and her close friends, Linda Barnes, Les, Judy Witters and Doris Riddle.
In lieu of flowers, and in honor of Hazel's victory over breast cancer, memorial donations may be made to Allegan General Hospital Cancer Society.
