He is survived by: his mother Margie "Moo" Howard; his wife Tabitha "Tabby" Howard; his sister Sherry Byard; his sons, Richard, Thomas, William (Sam), Stephen, Brandan, Patrick and Kyle; his granddaughter Jasmine; his nieces, Stephanie and Jennifer; his nephew Danny; and his friends, Anthony, Josh and Chris of Joe, DJ.
