He is survived by: his parents, Rose Stanbro and D'Avion Carter; his brothers, Ja'Kobe Carter and Kenzo Carter; his grandparents, Kimberly Stanbro and Vincent Stanbro; and his uncle Brandon Stanbro. He is also survived by great aunts, uncles and cousins.
The family suggests memorial donations be given to help with expenses.
