He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Rhodes Thrasher Sr. and Olevia Pearl Thrasher (Chambers); his son Kevin Thrasher; and his sisters, Joyce Elaine Richmond, Mary Ellen Wood and Judith Thrasher.
He is survived by: his son Keith Thrasher; and his siblings, John Thrasher (Kathleen), Raymond Thrasher (Sheri) and Charlotte Ann Searles (Warren). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
