He was predeceased by: his parents, James Humphrey and Thelma Humphrey (Dyer); and his sister Katherine Walker. He is survived by: his daughter Autumn Miller; his grandchildren, Damon Miller Jones and Elijah James; his great grandchildren, Riley and Justus Miller Jones; his sister Jacqueline Latham (Joel); and his brother-in-law Charles S. Walker. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
