It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Herbert Dee Spencer Jr. in Glenn, Michigan, born in Three Rivers, Michigan, who passed away on October 23, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, H. Dee Spencer and Erna Spencer (Spranger); and his aunts, Lydia Spranger of Clearwater and Janet Spranger of Battle Creek. He is survived by: his wife Judith E. Padgett of Fairfax County.
