He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Tinna Payne-Putman; his parents, Willard "Bill" and Patricia Ann Putman, Jr.; his siblings, Patricia Putman, David Randall and Matthew Charles Putman; his stepchildren, Tosha, Melissa, Bonnie Loyd, Tasha Marie Payne and David Earl Payne II; his wife Pam Loyd-Putman; his grandchildren, Aaron Stevenson, McKinzey Burke Payne and Savanah; and his brothers-in-law, Jeff Stevens, Bob, Bill and Donny Loyd. He was also cherished by 15 grandchildren; and 3 ½ great grandchildren.
