“My husband and I knew Sallie (Joseph) in St Louis MO when we were all attending The Principia High School on Page Blvd in 1950. I remember Sallie as a "Day Pup". She was glamorus and also excelled in sports. I knew from alumni news that the Paynes were in Austin area during winter months ; regret not finding a phone number "to catch up".
