He is survived by: his spouse Patricia Vail; his children, Darrell Palmiter (Suzanne) of Virginia, Belinda Palmiter (Richard Smith) of Davisburg, Michigan and Lorae Myers (Rick) of Kansas; his grandchildren, Caitlyn, Jacob, Justin and Jason; and his siblings, Marge LeBeouf of Warren and Daniel Palmiter of Oregon. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
