He is survived by: his wife Barbara Brackins; his children, JoAnne Miller (Nathan), Jackie Beaty and Forest Beaty (Nicole New); his grandchildren, Maranda (Tyler), Nathaniel, Forest Jr., Corinne, David, Vincent, Maddie and Zayden; his sister Krystal Beaty; and his mother-in-law Shelby Brackins. He is also survived by his kids friends.
