He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandfather Ron Roscoe Bellinger Jr.; his wife Caroline Ann Bender Bellinger; his siblings, Esther "Essie" Blackburn, Holland, Barabara Secord and Walter Bellinger (Dorrice); his daughters, Jo Ann LaFrance (Louis) and Darcy Bellinger (Darwin Arnold); his grandchildren, Chrysta Weakly Gladwin (Rodney Johnson), Edward Roscoe Bellinger (Heather), Christopher LaFrance, Adam LaFrance and Matt LaFrance; his great grandchildren, Kylie, Kelcie, Kenzie Farison, Brayden Hinman, James and Alex Bellinger; and his great great grandchildren, Bentley Grice and Myla Seyffert.
