It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Lindberg of Gladwin, Michigan, who passed away on March 7, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Olaf Lindberg and Mollie Lindberg (Scribner); and his siblings, Joseph Lindberg, Ellen Cummings, Donald Lindberg, Gene Lindberg, Henry Lindberg, Orville Lindberg and Shirley James.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Worden; his daughters, Vera Best and Erika Lindberg; his stepson Thomas Morris; his grandchildren, Jennifer Best and James Morris; and his sisters, Donna Keli, Helen Vallad (Bob), Irene Garrison, Carol Hunter (Larry) and Mary Copa. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Calendar Hall-Kokotovich Funeral Home (440 E Cedar Ave, Gladwin, MI 48624). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Butman Township Cemetery.
