He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Peter Caruso and Rose Caruso (Consiglio); and his daughters, Rose Miller, Michelle Mullins and Jill Caruso. He was also cherished by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donation may be made according to Gladwin American Legion Post 171.
