It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Perry Proctor of Gladwin, Michigan, born in Saginaw, Michigan, who passed away on October 13, 2021, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his mother Bertha Dungey; and his sister Tina Dungey.
