He was predeceased by: his grandmothers, Gracie Moyer and Gladys Gage; his uncles, Curtis Garvey and Richard Garvey; and his aunt Sandra Gage.
He is survived by: his parents, Robert Turner and Joan Turner (Garvey); his children, Kara (John), Austin, Madi, Tim Frey, Ethan North and Caden Laidlaw; his grandchildren, Dylan and Jayden; his siblings, Scott Turner (Lisa) and Lisa Foster (Rodney); and his aunts and uncles, John Gage, Gary Moyer (Lonnie), Mona Campbell and Delores Garvey (Curtis). He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be used according to the wishes of the family.
