She was predeceased by: her parents, John Yantz and Mary Yantz (Donahue); her husband Luther Lechner; her son Lynn; and her daughter-in-law Kristie.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Lechner (Debra) and Karen Sheehan (Doug); and her grandchildren, Jody Grant (Jeff), Amy Miller (Larry), Sara Shea (Mike Stenger), Todd Lechner, Shannon Macon (Doug), Angie Snyder (Dan) and Tom Newman (Samantha). She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
