He was predeceased by: his brother Ricky Allen Mack; his stepfather Don Anderson; his grandparents, Melvin Campbell, Amber Campbell and Dorothy Smith; and his uncle Bill Hale.

He is survived by: his spouse Karen Mack of Gladwin; his sons, Kevin Yennior (April) of Beaverton and Brett Green of Florida; his grandchildren, Kendra, Cody, Urijah Koper, Owen, Zack, Alysa, Hanna, Waylon and Tyler; his mother Sally Campbell; his friend Steve Pratt; his father Kenneth Sr.; his siblings, Layne Simpson (Don) of Coleman, Kena Martin (Dwayne), Lance Mack (Kim) and Derek Mack; his stepsisters, Darlene Anderson and Honey Anderson; his siblings-in-law, Judy Tyo (Rick) of Houghton Lake and Keith Corlew of Gladwin; his aunt Judy Hale of Gladwin; and also, Saundra Mack of Birch Run, George Corlew and Carolyn Corlew of Gladwin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions in lieu of flowers may be used according to the wishes of the family.
