He was predeceased by: his parents, Ross D. Baxter and Martha C. Baxter (Boudreau); and his brother Paul R. Baxter. He is survived by: his wife Helen Hall; his children, Callie, Angelynn (Michael), Anita (Steven), Andrew (Ashley) and Brian; his stepchildren, Rich and Theresa; his grandchildren, Gregory, Nicholas, Olivia, Drew, Zella, Aurora, Alison, Hunter and Morgan; and his siblings, Dawn, Mary, Dale, Frank, Phillip, David, Rita, Geri, Thom, Susie and Cecelia. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Audubon Society or NORD (National Organization of Rare Disorders).
