He was predeceased by: his parents, John Gardner and Leilla Gardner (Powell); and his children, John and Stanton. He is survived by: his son Scott Gardner (Lynn) of Gladwin; and his grandchildren, Scott, Joshua, Samual, Jedidiah, Robert and Charles.
