With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph Tipsword of Gladwin, Michigan, who passed away on April 19, 2023 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Tipsword and Eva Tipsword (Schultz); his former wife Rose Orlando; his daughter Eva; and his son-in-law Roy Porter.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Copeland; his children, Joseph Tipwsord, Julie Porter, Laura Dorrell (Kevin), Chris Tipsword (Jeannie), Dominic Tipsword and David Tipsword; his stepchildren, Charles Copeland (Lucia), Chris Copeland (Brittany) and Cynthia Shell (Scott); his grandchildren, Eric, Michael, John, Jeff, Thomas, Brian, Wendy, Lyn, Courtney, Marty, Jennifer, Brandi, Olivia, Taylor, Anthony, Darren, Elizabeth and Keith; and his brothers, Paul and Jimmie. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
