He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Nielson and Catherine Nielson. He is survived by: his wife Glenda Miller; his children, Dawn Shackelford (Garth), Amy Nielson (Frank Gremski) and Jerry Nielson (Terri); and his sisters, Shirly Grabeic, Pat Frasher and Marie Waldron. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
