He is survived by: his daughters, Rachelle Miller (Kyle) and Caitlin Cuccia (Frank); his father Richard Ellis; his sisters, Shelly King and Nichole Maher; his grandchildren, Sophie, Rebecca and River; and his nieces and nephews, Levon, Michiel, Mary, Bailey, Brody and Bo.
