He was predeceased by: his parent Jerry. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Smith Sr.; his son Jerry III; his significant other Alice; his brother Jeff (Wendy); and his close friend Kevin Hunter. He is also survived by step-grandchildren, and lots of family and friends.
