It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gordon Switzer of Gladwin, Michigan, who passed away on August 13, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Randolph Switzer and Alice Switzer (Apsey); his wife Rena Mae; his stepson James Longstreth; his sons-in-law, Charles Clore and Charles Lee; and his sister Florence Dawson.
He is survived by: his former wife Maxine Longstreth of Gladwin; his children, Saundra Lee of Gladwin, Rebecca Christy (Donald) of Pinconning, Terry Clore of Beaverton and Randy Switzer of Gladwin; his stepsons, Michael Longstreth (Kim Antcliffe) of Beaverton and Robert Longstreth (Debra) of Beaverton; and his brother Ronald Switzer (Grace) of Harrison. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made according to Hospice Compassus or the First United Methodist Church.
