He was predeceased by: his sisters, Cathalyn Durham and Gladys Burch. He is survived by: his sister Patricia Fritcher of Gladwin. He is also survived by six nephews; five nieces; along with several great-nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Council on Aging of Gladwin, Hospice Compassus, or Gladwin Area Friends of the Theater.
