He was predeceased by: his parents, George Wylie and Grace Wylie (Hoag); his wife Rosa Woodbury; his sister Margaret; his son George II; and his grandsons, Jack and Joshua.
He is survived by: his children, Tammi McCreary, Margaret Collins (Dan) and Barry Wylie; his grandchildren, Evelyn (Parks), Jacob, Keagan, Austin and Lillian; his great grandchild Amirah; and his sisters, Wanda, Donna (Dave) and Mary (Stewart). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
