He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd "Mike" F. Blades and Betty E. Onweller. He is survived by: his wife Merry A. Dunne; his children, Michael Blades (Becky), Teresa Blades and Thomas Blades (Bethany); his grandchildren, Brandi, Henry, Chandler, Jamey, Jett, Jaydon, Jack and Tucker; his great grandchildren, Noah, Jaydyn, Jace, River, Caleb and Channing; his great great grandchild Elias; and his brother Larry Blades (Mary). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
