She is survived by: her children, Stacy Quick (Chris) and Todd Perkins (Leighann); her grandchildren, Caitlynn Cassel (Chase), Brenden, Brooklynn, Chloe, Alex and Kaitlyn; and her siblings, Charletta Thomas, Rick Caudill and Doyle Caudill. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
