He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Hillier and Josephine Hillier (Mather); his daughter Cindy Hillier; his brother Jim Hillier; and his brother-in-law Paul Cameron.
He is survived by: his wife Joanne Hillier (Epple); his children, Deborah Muma (Greg) of Gladwin, Amy Van Ever (Jeff) of Gladwin, Joseph Hillier (Angie) of Gladwin, Michael Hillier of Gladwin and Joshua Hillier of Gladwin; his stepdaughter Charlene Knoop (Mark) of Weidman; his stepgrandchildren, Janet Zeneberg (Bernie) of Mt. Pleasant, Mike Myshock (Sherrie) of Mt. Pleasant, Maureen Myshock of Gladwin, Mary Laming (Ross) of High Point, NC, John Myshock of Mt. Pleasant, Kristen Crawford (Kevin) of Shepherd and Amiee James (Chris) of Gladwin; his siblings, JoAnne Cameron of Gladwin, Scott Hillier (Chari) of Gladwin and Lisa McGuire (Kirk) of Inverness, FL; and his sister-in-law Darlene Hillier of Gladwin. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren: 4 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family or Gladwin American Legion Post 171.
