Though Dale may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Dale touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

He was predeceased by: his sister Judy Baumgart. He is survived by: his wife Grace; his children, Stephen Novak (Mary), Darren Novak and Kelly Novak; his grandchildren, Kaleigh, Griffin and Gage Novak; and his sister-in-law Sally Bessert (Bob). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lewis E. Wint and Son Funeral Home (5929 S Main St, City of the Village of Clarkston, MI 48346). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
