He is survived by: his children, Charles Bullard (Joe), Allen Bullard and Tammy Gensman (Bill); his granddaughters, Trisha Gasche (Jordon), Jenna, Amber and Kayla Bullard; his great grandchildren, Brittany, Skylar, Weston, William, Tanner, Casandra, Alexandria, Jayden, Jacklyn and Aleigha; and his siblings, Basil Bullard, Rickie Bullard (Alison) and Vivian Dassey (Craig). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
