It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brenda Corrine Shields (Gladwin, Michigan), who passed away on September 7, 2018, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Shirley J. Lane (Rowe); her grandparents, Jesse Rowe and Doris Rowe; her siblings, Thomas Lane, Timothy Knake and Linda Lane; her brother-in-law Bruce Shields; and her granddaughters, Elizabeth M. Shields-Wade and Alicia M. Graves (Bolles).

Shields of Gladwin, MI and Joseph M. Shields (Sarah) of Cedar Springs, MI; her siblings, Alan Knake (Terri) of Waterford, MI, Brian Knake (Sybil) of Punta Gorda, FL, Mark Knake, Patrick Lane of Key Largo, FL, Russell Lane (Kurt) of Pinellas Park, FL and Tami Murray (Patrick) of Sebastian, FL; her siblings-in-law, Jim Shields (Kathy) of Tocca, GA and Pamela Rose (Shields) of Davidson, MI; her grandchildren, Amanda M.
