He is survived by: his children, William Rogers Jr. and Thelma Mannisto (Willy); his sister Mary Kay Stoll; his sister-in-law Joanne Tardiff; and his grandchildren, Jessica Porras and Ryan Porras (Jennifer). He is also survived by several Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
