He was predeceased by: his parents, Lilah McGinty (Ferguson) and Eddie McGinty. He is survived by: his wife Margaret McGinty of Gladstone; his children, Michael McGinty (Robert Miley) of San Francisco, CA, Amy Cooper (Kirk) of Escanaba, Kira McGinty of Albany, NY and Brendan McGinty (Susan) of Arlington, VA; his grandchildren, Alanna, Joshua Cooper, Conor and Finn McGinty; his brother Ronald McGinty (Connie) of Sierra Vista, AZ; and his nephews, Chad and Todd McGinty. He is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
