He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Edwin and Elsie Dahlin (Bowman); his wife Mary Margaret "Marge" Daoust; and his brothers, Clarence, Arthur and Arnold Dahlin.
He is survived by: his children, Greg Dahlin of Gladstone and Susan Riedel (Scott) of Marshfield, WI; his grandchildren, Lauren, Heather, Jordan (Aubrey), Jacob, Joshua, Jeremy, Jonathan, Alyssa, Ian and Leah; his great grandchildren, Henry and Victoria; and his brother Donald Dahlin of Gladstone. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
