He is survived by: his sister Shannon Kohnert (Chris Polequin) of Escanaba, MI.; his girlfriend Regina Thompson of Escanaba, MI; his girlfriend's children, Tylor, Kaidyn, Amara and Half; his siblings, Heather and Jason Kohnert; and his nieces and nephews, Myka and Dominic Polequin. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
