He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Sullivan and Theresa Sullivan (Derouin); and his wife Lana Sullivan. He is survived by: his daughters, Jessie Sullivan, Tamara Hirsch and Connie Hirsch; his grandchildren, Landen Spiegel, Dominick Spiegel, Tristan Sullivan and Elliannah Stone; his goddaughter Mercedes Esser (Hirsch); and his siblings, Deb Potvin (Bill), Rick Sullivan (Debbie), Kathy Elliott (Bill) and Sue Bowman (Bill). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
