We are sad to announce that on August 3, 2022, at the age of 90, Marie J. Hirn of Gladstone, Michigan, born in Ishpeming, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Sundblad and Myrle Sundblad (Pryor); her husband Donald Hirn; her son Jerome Hirn; and her siblings, David Sundblad and Melissa Hintz (Bob).
She is survived by: her children, Steve Hirn, Thomas Hirn (Wanda), Timothy Hirn (Debra), George Hirn and Katherine Gobert (Tom); her brother Lawrence Sundblad (Sharon); her sister-in-law Mary Sundblad; her grandchildren, Robert (Amy), Becky (Joseph), Nicole, Carla (Christopher), Alisha, Adeline, Cora, Samantha (Ian) and Matthew (Amanda); her great grandchildren, Dominic (Samantha), Kevin (Amanda), Cody, Peyton, Tristan, Nicholas, Jacob, Rachel (Tyler) and Thomas (Olivia); and her great great grandchild Jaxon. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Marie's name may be directed to the First Lutheran Church Choir.
